I love your blog and I love what you are doing out there to change the face of the mid west. Sorry to hear about your sons condition, but it look like something he with tough through especially with kick a** parents by his side.
I had a problem with ear infections for 3 years solid . 17 infections to be exact until a friend of mine recommended giving up dairy. and BOOM no more ear infections 2 years in a row. My guess its probably milk - organic or not it it still will aid in the breakdown in the immune system. I still have great steaks but something in the dairy....Good Luck
